How we handle your details

This site has one form on it. If you fill it in, your answers come to us as an email so we can quote your job. That is the whole of it, and this page says so in plain English rather than in four pages of legal boilerplate.

Last updated 2 September 2026.

Who we are

Precision Autoworks UK, 85 Bogmoor Road, Glasgow G51 4FH. We are responsible for the details you send through this website. You can reach us on 07301 217724 or at contactusnow@precisionautoworksuk.co.uk.

What you send us

The enquiry form asks for your name, a phone number or an email address so we can reply, and which of the two you would rather we used.

It asks about the car: registration, make, model, year, fuel, and anything already done to it. It asks what you want done and whether your insurer has asked you to fit it. There is a box at the end for anything else you want to tell us. Every optional field is marked optional.

What we do with it

We read it and we come back to you with a price or a question. That is the only thing it is for.

We do not sell your details, we do not pass them to anyone for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list. If you decide not to go ahead, you will not hear from us again.

Who else sees it

The form delivers your answers to our own inbox through our website host and an email delivery service. They handle the message on its way to us and nobody else receives a copy.

The contact page shows a Google map. That map is Google's, so if you use it you are also using Google.

How long we keep it

An enquiry stays in our inbox while we are dealing with it and for up to a year afterwards, in case you come back to us about the same car.

If the work goes ahead, the invoice and job record are kept for six years, because HMRC requires it.

What you can ask us to do

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it or delete it and we will, unless it sits on an invoice we are legally required to keep. Email contactusnow@precisionautoworksuk.co.uk and we will sort it.

If you think we have handled your details badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not track you. There is no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party scripts watching what you click.

Your browser remembers one thing: a flag so the opening animation plays once per visit rather than every time. It is not personal information and it never leaves your device. The Google map on the contact page sets its own cookies when it loads.

Changes to this page

If how we handle your details changes, we will change this page and update the date at the top.
